The Smart Movement Body Sculpting program is a combination of low impact aerobic and muscle-tone training, focused on core strength. Our body sculpting training combines the use of weighted bars, resistance bands, and weighted balls, which will raise the intensity of the workout giving you the aerobic benefits without putting pressure on the joints and the lower back. We perform traditional weight-training moves combined with dynamic Pilates exercises and core strengthening exercises. The class is always finished with dynamic stretching to cool you down. Sessions can be very challenging, depending on your goals and current fitness level. Once a client reaches a higher level of fitness we will attack certain body parts more than others to achieve better results and reach your ultimate goal.
