Smart Movement studio offers multi-level training and customized training programs so your body is strengthened based on its needs. We also offer REFORMER FUNCTIONAL TRAINING. Reformer Training is a system of exercises, which train the body for the activities performed in daily life this is why we refer to it as “Functional Training.” This form of training helps improve the ease of your daily movements and prevents injury.
Reformer training helps build flexibility, long and lean muscles, as well as strengthening and improving endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, as well as breathing to relieve stress and allow adequate oxygen flow to your muscles.

In our training we include variety of different tools such as balls, weighted balls, bands, resistant tubes, bosu balls, rollers, and free weights. Your trainer will create a customized training program that targets your concerns and improves your body health.
